CARBON STANDARD OFFICIALLY PRESENTED WITH EXPO GREEN LICENCE AT GREEN INNOVATION DISTRICT CEREMONY

Carbon Standard strengthens its presence within the UAE’s sustainability ecosystem as one of the first Expo Green Licence recipients, reaffirming its role in advancing climate strategies, digital innovation and the development of trusted climate infrastructure

Carbon Standard has been officially presented with the Expo Green Licence during the Green Innovation District: Green Licence Ceremony held at Expo City Dubai.

Carbon Standard was among the first organisations to receive the Expo Green Licence. The ceremony was held in the presence of H.E. Abdulla bin Touq Al Marri, Minister of Economy and Tourism, and H.E. Najeeb Al Ali, Executive Director of Expo City Dubai.

The Expo Green Licence is a pioneering product from Expo City Dubai and a key enabler of the Green Innovation District. It is designed to support environmentally conscious businesses committed to advancing clean energy, the circular economy, green technology and sustainable solutions, while serving as a gateway to a collaborative ecosystem focused on sustainability, climate action and green innovation.
